controlling the 3 motors of NXT via MonoBrickRemote

Hi
I’m totally new to NXT as well as MonoBrick I just downloadet the Monobrick Remote and am amazed how easy it is to use. However I somehow don’t manage to run the motors alone. there is this Key tab on which one could directly move the motors via keyboard, but it somehow assumes, 2 out of 3 motors are the right or left wheels of a vehicle and therefore I can only move eighter both of them or none. Is there a possibility to jut take them apart and move those 3 motors with two keys each standing for turning the motor clockwise resp anticlockwise?
