Hello,
I wanted to use it using Visual Studio, but I wonder how to do it. There is a Xamarin Add-in, but not for Visual Studio. Do I need to download the .dll file? Do I need to install the Mono library? Please help me.

You can use visual studio if you import the dll into your project. No mono library is required.

Like every other DLL. Google it or just click around a bit and you should find it.
