ADD-IN to Visual studio on win 10

HI,
I have got a problem with adding .mpack to visual studio 2017 community edition. I have got visual studio in Czech, but in menu Tools (in Czech “Nástroje”)–>add-in I cannot find browse or get from file. I use google and I found only How to add .mpack to Xamarin studio, but I cannot found How to Install Xamarin studio to win10, becaouse if I click to Hypertext I go to Microsoft websit and if I click to download, I download Visual studio 2017 com. edition.
I do not know how to add .mpack to visual studio. Can you help me with this, please ?

The addin is for the firmware as far as I know, not for the communication library.
Adding the dll should be enough anyways.
